About:
Yakima Elite Volleyball was established in 2017 when club director Nicole Marang learned about the growing sport of Beach Volleyball for Youth/Juniors. We began with practices, camps and tournaments to help introduce beach volleyball to Yakima. In 2020 amidst the covid-19 pandemic we decided to add Indoor Club Volleyball to our offerings as there was limited/no volleyball available for athletes during this team. We established ourselves as a USAV, AAU and JVA Club to allow for multiple insurance and tournament opportunities. What began as a drop in program outside has developed into a year around training program for outdoor and indoor volleyball. We look forward to the continued development of our program with a long-term goal to purchase/own our very own indoor and outdoor facility.
Location:
We are currently registered with Yakima Schools, East Valley School and West Valley Schools for our practices indoor and have various access to other facilities throughout the Yakima Valley.
Our sand program takes place in Selah, WA at the court next to the Elks Golf course. Additionally, we sometimes rent the court at the Yakima Athletic Club as well as the park in Moxee. We hold grass practices and tournaments at the West Valley Park in Yakima

Seasons:
Indoor season generally have Tryouts in August and will start practice after the High school Season is completed in October and will run until April. Depending on the team level and age post season may occur in May & June.
Outdoor training season will begin depending on the weather at the end up April and will practice, train, and participate in tournament though September.
